Mark happened to be in the office when we walked in. My wife and I could tell immediately we could work together to find a house in the area. Great Guy!

I didn't plan on entering this, but, back about six months ago I began looking at property in Spearfish and had a few conversations with other realtors in the area. The reason I picked Jason was I talked to him twice and he did not ask me for info on my banking and did not ask to run a credit check on me before we started to look at property. This was very important to me, as in past conversations with other realtors I had been ask information over the phone so they could check out my credit, and I was only asking a question due to a listing that didn't show enough information to make a decision to view or not.....I was calling from out of state and had only talked to some of these agents for five mins. on the phone.

So the bottom line it all about how Jason conducts himself and is very easy to be around and to work with, all around good guy !!
